Medtech Canada is very pleased to welcome seven new members to the association’s Board of Directors. Following the association’s Annual General Meeting, the following individuals are now serving as members of Medtech Canada’s Board of Directors:
“I’m delighted to welcome these new members to Medtech Canada’s Board of Directors,” said James Brodie, Medtech Canada’s Board Chair and General Manager of Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Canada. “The association’s Governance and Nominating Committee did a tremendous job identifying an incredible slate of candidates for these roles, and I know each of the new members will bring to it a diverse skill set and a passion for improving the medtech sector in Canada for the benefit of Canadians.”
Medtech Canada is also very pleased to announce new roles for existing members of Medtech Canada’s Board of Directors. Ivy Parks of BD Canada will assume the role of Chair-Elect and Sevket On of Siemens Healthineers Canada will assume the role of Secretary-Treasurer.
Additionally, the following individuals will continue in their service to the association as members of Medtech Canada’s Board of Directors: Dehlia Blanchard of GE HealthCare Canada, Jennifer Cummings, of The Stevens Company, Michele D’Elia, of Roche Diagnostics Canada, Diana Gazdar of Medline Canada, Bryan Howcroft of Southmedic Inc., John Hunter of Fresenius Medical Care Canada, Trisha Hutzul of Edwards Lifesciences Canada, Drew McCallum of Solventum, Marcey Quenneville of Coloplast Canada, Ken Spears of Boston Scientific Canada and Daniel St-Pierre of Abbott Canada.
Medtech Canada would also like to thank Kelly Makimoto for his years of service on the Board and for his immense contributions as Chair of the association’s Governance and Nominating Committee.
